For 45 years, the Cannes Yachting Festival, the largest water show in Europe that opens the nautical season tomorrow, has been the setting for numerous world premieres presented by the most renowned shipyards. In fact, from 6 to 11 September the builders will exhibit, from one end of the Croisette to the other, the best of the international offer on motor, sailing, monohull or multihull, with rigid or semi-rigid hull. During the 2022 edition, 140 world premieres will be unveiled, which represents over 20% of the boats on display.

JEANNEAU - Merry Fisher 1295 Fly

A little further on, before reaching the traverse, still on quai Max Laubeuf, visitors will be able to admire the Sirena 78, the new intermediate model of the Sirena Yachts range. This monohull designed as a multipurpose cruising yacht excels both as a pleasure craft and for long distance travel. The yacht also stands out for its unique interior and exterior layout options, and in particular for the possibility of offering two salons, depending on the owner's choice.

Baglietto - 10236

On the SYE side, the Italian shipyard Baglietto will present the long-awaited 10236 to the public for the first time, a spacious 41.70-meter superyacht. Like the other projects in Baglietto's V line, this model was designed by Francesco Paszkowski. Made of aluminum, the 10236 is a brand new fast displacement platform that allows it to reach a top speed of 28 knots. With a generous 8.70m beam, this model can accommodate a dozen passengers in comfort and elegance.

De Antonio Yachts - D50 Coupé

For its part, De Antonio Yacht will present the new D50 Coupé as a world premiere. This open cruiser is a real step forward in the 50 foot category. The D50 Coupé brings together the best features of the range and enhances the onboard experience by incorporating a superstructure around the helm station and offering greater comfort and safety on deck.

Van Der Valk - Lady Lene

Also on the SYE, the Lady Lene completes Van der Valk's Explorer fleet. This 34-meter bespoke explorer, winner of a prestigious jury award at the World Superyacht Awards 2022, combines a spirit of adventure with exceptional standards of comfort. The Lady Lene's fast-displacement hull, wave-piercing bow and Hull Vane system deliver superb performance and significant fuel economy. The elegant exterior lines blend seamlessly with the stunning interiors signed by Carla Guilhem on a boat designed and built to travel in style.

Opposite the Palais des Festivals, on Quai Saint Pierre, LEKKER Boats expands its fleet with a brand new model: the LEKKER 44. SACS Tecnorib - Pirelli 50

The new flagship of TecnoRib's Walkaround line will make its world debut in Cannes. The PIRELLI 50 is a 15 meter long walkaround conceived to combine sophisticated design and high performance. Designed by the Italian shipyard in collaboration with the Mannerfelt Design studio as a versatile dinghy, it is intended for daily use as a tender for superyachts or for medium-range cruises.

Fiart Mare SPA - P54

Volume, large spaces and functionality, these are the three values on which the P54 by FIART MARE SPA is based. This new model is inspired by superyachts and offers an area equivalent to that of a 60 foot. The outdoor spaces are well protected from view thanks to the high walls and offer passengers the luxury of privacy.

Sanlorenzo SPA - SP110

The first model of the brand new Sanlorenzo open line, SP110, will be exhibited on the Jetée, offering maximum performance with minimum consumption. Ice Yacht - ICE 70

Finally, in Spazio Vela, we can discover ICE 70. New ambassador of a prestigious line, the yacht combines high fashion and high performance. If customization means that no ICE is identical to another, the latest addition to the range has all the DNA, and even takes advantage of its generous measures to sublimate it. The French shipyard Fountaine Pajot will unveil the Aura 51 catamaran, which marks a new stage in the evolution of the Fountaine Pajot range of sailing catamarans. With its large surface area of solar panels capable of producing 2,000 watts of renewable energy, it illustrates the La Rochelle shipyard's willingness to go further in its environmental approach.
