The new Azimut Fly 72, presented as a world premiere at the last Cannes Yachting Festival, is a masterpiece of design and engineering that represents the evolution of the Azimut Fly Series.
The Azimut Fly 72 was one of the most anticipated and admired novelties during the 2023 Cannes Yachting Festival, marking a turning point in the evolution of the Fly Series, one of the most iconic and representative lines of the shipyard. This model combines a renewed design with the most cutting-edge innovations, creating a perfect synergy between past, present and future in the world of luxury boating.
The silhouette of the yacht was masterfully reinterpreted by Alberto Mancini, whose talent was able to evolve the sporty DNA characteristic of Azimut yachts. On the Fly 72, Mancini introduces clean lines and a sculptural tension that unmistakably defines the Fly Series aesthetic, creating an exterior design that captures the eyes and hearts of boating enthusiasts.
For the interiors, Azimut entrusted the task to the architect and designer Fabio Fantolino, making his debut in the nautical sector. Fantolino brought his distinctive vision, seeking a perfect harmony between elegance, functionality and design. The interior spaces of the Fly 72 are defined by a transversal approach, with a careful selection of quality materials such as wood, bronze and glossy lacquers, and shapes that balance linearity and softness, creating a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere.
From a technical point of view, the Azimut Fly 72 does not disappoint expectations. Equipped with two 1400 mHP MAN CR V12 engines, the yacht ensures exceptional performance, with a cruising speed that can reach 26 knots and a maximum speed of 31 knots. These features guarantee an excellent sailing experience, combining speed and stability in all sea conditions.
