Codecasa Jet
A 70-metre super yacht inspired by the typical lines of aviation, with a rounded bow section that recalls the cockpit of a classic airplane. This is the salient feature of the project launched in 2020 by Codecasa, the Viareggio shipyard specializing in large luxury boats, intended for an elite public, capable of appreciating innovative solutions and capable of leaving a strong mark on nautical design.
Now, almost three years later, the project has been updated: Fulvio Codecasa has in fact agreed with the architect Tommaso Spadolini, the great master of nautical design, to revisit the studio that originally broke the mold of nautical design. Objective: to give rise to something never seen at sea.
Strengthened by a collaboration and an understanding that has lasted for years, Codecasa and Spadolini have therefore made few but substantial changes to the project, concentrating the work above all on the external lines and the redistribution of the internal spaces.
Regarding this last point, the owner's suite now stands out as the flagship of this yacht which, located aft, is spread over two floors, guaranteeing maximum comfort and extreme privacy for the occupants. Outside the stern area, in an elevated position, the heliport stands out, an essential plus for certain owners.
Such is the trust that Fulvio Codecasa has placed in this project and such the enthusiasm with which Tommaso Spadolini accepted the idea, that the builder and architect have also started a collaboration on a smaller version, the Codecasa Jet 50 (to be precise 49.9 meters long overall), with a gross tonnage contained below 500 tons.
Still being defined in terms of engines and technical equipment, the new Codecasa Jet , like all the shipyard's production, will be characterized by the well-known and high quality standards that have made the Codecasa brand famous throughout the world. A note from the shipyard informs that "the yacht will be provided with certifications issued by the main internationally recognized classification and flag bodies and will be equipped with the most innovative technological equipment available on the market, so that the discovery of new horizons will always take place in conditions of maximum safety".
