The Princess shipyard (born with the name of Marine Projects in Plymouth in 1965 and joined the LVMH group with the name of Princess Yachts assigned to it in 2001) pursues a quality system that wants to differentiate it from the rest of the manufacturers. In fact, it adopts the strategy of producing almost all the elements of the boat in its yards. As Piero Cesana, Princess Yachts distributor in Italy says: "the company's will is to build everything possible internally, from steel to furniture, thereby obtaining absolute control of quality and design". Therefore the boats are entirely handmade, in an artisanal way, and everything is built in England, starting from the raw material to arrive at the finished yacht. Princess is one of the last companies in the world to follow this refined procedure!
